Shelly McKee loves riding bicycles. It is her life and she is grateful for every moment she has. Shelly does not give up, and there are not many people out there who can tell you they rode their bike to work in -52 below 0 temperatures. Riding a bike is not a race for Shelly these days, and she is happy to be out there enjoying the fresh air and natural surroundings. It wasn't always that way for Shelly. For several years she was racing and one crash too many took it's toll on Shelly's health and direction. In this episode Shelly shares her story, and reminds us that an attitude of gratitude goes a long way.
