Our first guest is a very special one... Tracie Sanlin, who took over as CEO of Chicago Collegiate, the school I founded. I am not kidding when I say I am a single parent of three amazing kids *and* I gave more thought to who took over "custody" of my school than what would happen to my kids if I died. We talk about leadership, Tracie's journey and experience leading both traditional public and charter schools and lessons learned along the way.
