Keep dating your spouse - part 4 - Episode 6
Manage episode 438340627 series 3594781
Today we conclude our date night series. It really doesn't matter what you do, just do it together and have fun. Remember to have those regular 15-20 couple talk times (3-4 times per week). This helps us stay connected and mindful of our spouse and our relationship. It's so easy to allow it to go on auto pilot. We want to remind you that your relationship with your spouse should be number one (after God)! That means even above the kids. That might sound counterintuitive especially to moms. We get it! However, if you marriage is thriving and secure, your kids will be too. They might whine and fuss a little about not getting to go on date night but in the long run, they will be happier, healthier and have a better outlook on relationships when they've seen their parents model it according to the scriptures. After all, it was God's idea!

We desire to impact marriages for the kingdom but first you have to know that you know God:
Becoming a Christian is as easy as A-B-C
Admit that you're a sinner (Romans 3:23; Romans 6:23)
Believe - Jesus died for our sins & He is the ONLY way to be saved(John 3:16; John 14:6; Romans 5:8)
Confess - That Jesus is LORD (Romans 10:13)
If you've accepted Christ today, please contact us at helpmymarriage7@gmail.com. We'd love to pray for you and send you a free resource to help you in your marriage and your walk with God.
