136. Coaching Confessions: Imposter Syndrome and the Emotional Rollercoaster of Living the Same Day

Being a coach (sports performance, strength and conditioning, etc.) and within coaching a lot there are going to be good and bad days, just like any other job, in contrast to the somewhat monotonous training day/week. That combined with the classic imposter syndrome creates quite an interesting emotional rollercoaster. A little different of an episode, here's an honest confession about recent feelings I've been having on this topic. Hopefully at the end of this you feel heard and understood with some thoughts as to what you can do about feelings like this.
