We met Muita Muthee last year when he took photographs for one of our very first More of That experiences. Since then, he has become a staple in the More of That family and hasn't just given us iconic photos of our community, but has also become the heartbeat of our community.
Muita is an extremely talented director, writer, and photographer and on this week's episode, he tells us about his life in Kenya, courageously following his dreams to pursue his creative passions, which led him to leaving everything in Kenya behind to come to LA. Muita talks about his initial highs and lowest lows moving to LA, and how his love for photography reignited his spark for life and led him to join - and now foster- many communities here.
