Morgantown-based rock funk jam band Intoxicated Zen's Davis Kimble, Will Oxley, and Ryan Quickel dish on their debut eponymous record, WVU axing their World Languages Department and cutting music degree program offerings, and their wild alien inspired tack "Project Serpo".
