The Barrett-Jackson Classic Car Auction has existed for 50 years, however it was under Craig Jackson’s leadership that it evolved into the world’s leading collector car auction and automotive lifestyle event. He undertook several initiatives that helped the auction garner a significantly larger audience like the introduction of online bidding.

He also foresaw the auction as a viable TV event and helped create its broadcast debut in 1996. Ultimately, these moves would quickly catapult the brand over the coming years to worldwide notoriety. The auction currently enjoys an exclusive partnership with the A&E Networks and can be seen on the History Channel or streamed via FYI.

Barrett-Jackson Auction Company’s commitment to supporting charitable causes at their events has helped them raise well over $147 million since the very first auction.
