Coaching helps to build a positive and concrete change in individuals and to boost the transfer of knowledge from the coach to the individual. And it is so nice to know that you have a coach who understands your struggles and even if you are just starting out and are not used to coaching, it is comforting to know that someone is waiting for you to be ready.
