This podcast is a conversation with Steve Cooper, a person with a laryngectomy. In this second episode, we discuss options for communication for a patient following a laryngectomy. Steve also conveys the stages a patient goes through as they adjust to the changes – the “loss of self” that occurs with a loss of voice. This is shared through Steve’s own personal journey.
