I am so excited to be back with another episode! This week I am talking to Ashley Peña. Ashley is a trauma informed wellness coach that supports people of all walks of life to lead purposeful and fulfilling lives despite the traumas, trials and tribulations they may have faced along their journeys. She specializes in self love, Reiki and in holding space for individuals to heal and align with their truest, most authentic, confident selves so that they can THRIVE regardless of what they have faced or continue to face.
