They all seem to have a similar pattern to their speech and they use words and phrases that many other people, even professional people, do not use. We’re not talking here about medical terminology, although they love to throw those weighty multisyllabic technical terms around too. No, we’re talking about phrases designed to either set you at ease or to demonstrate their expertise.
