We’ve got the incredible Northwestern Middle School Cross Country coaches in the booth, and Coach David Onellion has just officially handed off the Baton to Coach Justin Doherty. Just a heads up, there are no Batons in XC—it’s a little known sport that is growing in popularity as a Fall sport that allows athletes of all makes and models to get their best possible condition and mindset. We’re going to learn all Coach Onellion’s winning tenure and what plans Coach Doherty has for success in the future.
