When you are looking for the right folks to bring onto a Team, don't get mired by the skills that are or are not on their resume- They can learn those later. Focus on their natural talent and what their upbringing put into them- You can't teach that. Running a company of companies can be challenging, but the goal is not to force a culture, but let it grow organically and through example. If you want your folks to be driven, on time and committed, it must start with you. Once you reach a point where you think you deserve to lean back and coast- It's time to leave.
