I recently listened to a podcast by a fellow coach discussing her unique approach to coaching, and I LOVED it so much. In an industry fuelled by smoke and mirrors, I wanted to record something longer form for those of you who may be considering working with me.
In this episode we dive into my coaching philosophy. I share the theories and lenses I use to help my clients overcome challenges in their businesses and lives as well as some practical examples of how I would apply them day to day.
