Perhaps the rank and file clock-punching cowards at the FBI don't realize Christopher Wray is a pathological liar? The FBI HAS been busy with entrapment schemes and relocating senior executive type folks to spare the (Marxists heroes) from the Russia hoax treason aftermath.
