He calls himself the blind wholesaler since he is legally blind, but he emphasizes that real estate investing is a possibility for anyone. He’s built successful strategies as a wholesaler including utilizing virtual assistants to send text blasts to potential clients, asking Uber drivers to find deals for him, and networking with everyone he can to build his business. His advice to beginning real estate investors is that the first deal might not be the best deal, but the learning process is priceless.
