Gary L. Polk, Sr. is an Adjunct Professor of Business Management, Ethics and Entrepreneurship at CSUDH (California State University, Dominguez Hills) as well as the Founder and CEO of the Polk Institute, which launched last year. Gary has also written three books, the most recent being Why Woman Entrepreneurs Fail (to Win).
Michael Manahan, Polk Institute Co-Founder and CEO is an educator, financial strategist, author and financial executive who has worked with more than 100 management teams as an external consultant or advisor. He has also authored two books: The Secrets to Raising Capital and The Key to Landing a Job – The Interview.
Tim Dura, Polk Institute Co-Founder and COO, received two Bachelor of Sciences Degrees from North Dakota State University. He has served as a command fighter pilot for the U.S. Air Force, in which he served for 22 years. He has started and operated three diverse businesses and has been a teacher for over 20 years.

Michael Oden is a Behavior Specialist with a Masters in Counseling Psychology, an Inspirational Speaker, Award winning Author and Deputy Probation Officer and Founder and Executive Director of Final Step International. Michael has studied, interviewed, researched and treated thousands of emotionally stunted and chemically dependent clients who experienced childhood trauma, and been successful at helping men and women transform and improve their personal and professional lives since 1998 with an 85% success rate in behavior shift.
Rosario Vigil is a Co-Founder of ASP & Company and a Los Angeles-based entrepreneur working in the field of interior design. She’s served as Cultural Advisor to the Cultural Affairs Department of Los Angeles, California and has volunteered at several charities, including Casa Las Amigas and International Children Institute.
