Ruth Brennan is a 5/1 Sacral Generator on the Left Angle Cross of Cycles. She holds the position of Creative Director at the International Human Design School and is a certified analyst and BG5 Consultant who teaches Foundation and PTL Courses with the school. She has a rich background in the creative arts and is responsible for most of the graphic and design elements for the IHDS website and he supporting materials for professionals.
In this episode, Ruth shares how Human Design came into her life and how it set itself apart from other spiritual teachings and traditions she was exploring. We ask her about her work with IHDS as the Creative Director and her own process of deconditioning and discovering her design. We talk about her experience with her Sacral Authority and living with channels of Maturation and Transformation on the Cross of Cycles.
