If you’re in high school, it can be confusing to understand what are the most important things to focus on to make sure you avoid unnecessary injury, play in college, and so on.

If you’re a pro athlete, you want to continue to progress and stay in the game without injury as long as possible.

Today, we break this down for our high school and pro athletes:

  • Remember why you’re training - we’re not bodybuilders.
  • Moving quickly is key.
  • Lifting heavy but in a way that makes sense for your specific body and position.
