In this episode of The Hot Flash Podcast, Amy and Anita welcome Hunter Cardinal, a graduate of the Institute of the Psychology of Eating, a Certified Mind/Body Eating Coach and public speaker, to the Hot Flash studio microphone. (She also happens to have the coolest name!)
Hunter brings an incredible amount of knowledge she has learned over the last 32 years. Having struggled with emotional eating personally and then finding freedom, she is passionate about sharing how she did it with others to see them live healthy lives of freedom. But her passion isn't just centered around emotional eating, she also helps with binge eating, overeating and food and weight obsession.
Hunter is a wife and mom of two teenagers and loves inspiring healthy living, exercising, music, and sharing life with family and friends.
