We have all heard the term "monkey brain" or "monkey mind," which typically reflects a lack of control in one's thoughts.

In this episode, we are going to show several ways you can still the mind.

It is said that:

"Whatever you hold in your mind will tend to occur in your life. If you continue to believe as you have always believed , you will continue to act as you have always acted. If you continue to act as you have always acted, you will continue to get what you have always gotten. If you want different results in your life or work, all you have to do is change your mind."

Recognize that although the mind may not always do what you want it to, it is the mind that allows you to experience joy, pleasure, and gratitude. Begin offering the mind a few phrases of loving-kindness with the intention of building a gentler relationship with its thoughts.
