- Course: level up, day one, day 2 course
- Focus on communication not the adjustment, doesn’t matter how good you can adjust that’s irrelevant if you can’t communicate it
- Find a good mentor or someone to work for in the first couple of years at least
- Book: the neuro dynamics of vertebral subluxation
- Go and shadow many practises, including Ashley at Life effect Southampton.
