We all have experienced many things in our lives, from good, to bad, and even really bad. But the thing with these past experiences is that they are in the past. At least you would think so, right? However, too often, it is our past that tends to affect us in the present and even affects how our future may play out... if we allow our past to influence us in such a way. We often define who we are, what we are capable of, what is possible for us, by what we experienced in the past. But in this episode, I wanted to talk about our own power to take back control and NOT let our past define who we are, what we are capable of doing, and most of all, how able we are to create the life we truly desire, without limitation.
