Dr. Sebastian Gorka, an expert on counterinsurgency and counter terrorism and teaches irregular warfare in the War and Conflict Studies Department at the College of International Security Affairs at the National Defense University, weighed in on ISIS and the turmoil in the Middle East with Brian on “Kilmeade and Friends.”
Dr. Gorka told Brian that ISIS was Al Qaeda in Iraq and because we pulled out our troops and intelligence assets in the region and allowed them to grow. They are a real threat to America not because they have strength in the Middle EAst but because they have recruited 20,000 foreign fighters with U.S., U.K., and German passports who at some point will return home and cause trouble.
