Carina is a financial services veteran, having built and sold several wealth management firms and mentored dozens of young people entering the profession. She’s a frequent source for national media on diversity and succession planning. She currently is serving in two roles: Director of Diversitas at The University of Akron, and as Founder-CEO of Stella Secunda, a consulting firm focusing on fintech consulting and organic growth and succession strategies for financial services firms.
