He claims she got into an accident and pocketed the insurance money, so he’s suing her to teach her a lesson. The defendant says the plaintiff bought the car as a gift, and she paid for the insurance. She claims the new woman in her dad’s life is just money hungry, and that’s why he’s suing.

The plaintiff says he hired the defendant to power wash his front walkway, remove the weeds, and fill in the cracks with sand. He alleges the defendant didn’t complete the work after he was paid in full, so he and his wife are suing for a refund. The defendant says he told the plaintiffs the weeds would grow back because the pavers weren’t installed correctly.

The plaintiff says the defendant was her roommate. She claims he smoked in the house, stiffed her on rent, and peed on the rug in his room for some reason. She’s suing for the repairs and unpaid rent. The defendant says the plaintiff constantly had sex with her boyfriend on the couch. He alleges the plaintiff’s family members and their pets are to blame for the pee.
