"This is me at 26 years old. A drunken, lost, broken, depressed, sedated, sexualized, defeated, depleted, weak boy in a man's body who was lacking purpose and drive. I was destroying myself by my own free will and thought it was fun... I change the trajectory of my life by changing my habits, my thoughts, my words and my actions towards my dreams... Guess what?? You can do this too by stepping off this perpetual cycle dragging you down into the gutter.
