It’s easy to feel anxious, fear, depressed, overwhelmed when we get so much exposure to all the news, social posts and such related to the war, political chaos, and things happening to our planet.
Know that you can shift that energy. Know that there are resources out there to support you. Be mindful of your participation and exposure to those topics if you find yourself getting caught up in that energy. There are plenty of positive things to focus on in this world as well.
