UNTANGLE

When the feeling in your heart is tangled and knotted, it’s important to allow yourself a calm knowing in the space of your heart.

Be in stillness in the heart. Untangle the strings by releasing each one, one by one. You will know when it’s untangled.

Mantra: I forgive.

"Untangling of the necklace I think is the perfect metaphor, because it’s so annoying, ‘I just want to break it!’, but that’s not how it works. We all have people in our lives that are great 'necklace untanglers.' But that invitation is almost like the grace, ‘Hey, I’m just going to hand this over to you, can you help me a little bit?’ This painting also nods to this place for the Divine in the untangling. And that we, by our nature, are so funny, we like to put knots in stuff."
