Michael Merritt is an Inspirational Speaker, Author, Life Coach, Podcaster, Founder of Merritt Coaching Group, and Michael has been an EMT/ Firefighter since 1994. He is the Owner and Instructor for Advanced Medical Training. He started his career in the fire service and employed with Sherman Fire Department for over 10 years. On his days off, Michael taught American Heart Advanced Adult and Pediatric Life Support Certification classes. He worked as a Paramedic for various emergency departments, ambulance services, and event companies. In 2010, he moved to a quality position at Methodist Charlton and became the Quality Coordinator for the Cardiac Cath Lab. He has taught American Heart Association Certification classes for over 20 years. His motto is, "Saving Lives Through Education."
