Jadeé's strategic vision and ability to navigate complex challenges coupled with her innate ability to build highly productive teams has enabled her to deliver exceptional results for clients across various industries. In addition to her professional achievements, Jadeé is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workforce.

As a mother of 4 beautiful children, she is additionally an advocate for mom-preneurs. Jadeé believes heavily in utilizing technology to create and implement streamlined processes to ensure her clients are able to build a healthy work/life balances for themselves and their employees.

This approach has been implemented into the HR/Staffing lines of business of CST's clients and has proven successful at increasing team productivity and an overall reduction in attrition across all client organizations.

Jadeé holds a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, with minors in Business and Communications from Florida State University and an MBA from Columbia Southern University.
