Giving everyone an update on what is going on my world today. From being 33 and single, fighting OCD and depression, using paid time off, stand up comedy, recovery, people pleasing, and a whole lot more. I wanted to take some time to address my listeners for mental health month and open my book (mine) up for everyone.
