Today I had the honor of speaking with Vince Perez, partner of Beach House Rentals, a vacation rental management company in Santa Cruz CA with 100 properties that are entirely booked through referrals and repeat guests without utilizing any OTAs. Vince is also the founder of fetch my guest, a marketing platform that gives independent vacation rental professionals complete control of their brand.
