Vi and Eric give some hard truths: it’s not possible to be fully objective, and you can’t really avoid circular arguments. Thanks, laws of logic! But the questions are worth asking anyway.

An apologist calls in to discuss the stories of Genesis, how the hosts view creationism, and whether it’s important to be a Young Earth Creationist in order to be a Christian. Vi shares their wild YEC upbringing and the tall tales they were told as a kid. Eric challenges our caller to even more probing questions: what about the Exodus? What about the Walls of Jericho? How much is true at all?

This caller wants help debunking the fine tuning argument. How do you respond to theists who try to say the universe proves God? Vi points out that relying on “the odds” is useless without other universes to compare against, and Eric challenges the basis of asking the question in the first place.
