- Sustain a minimum budget of $300 a month for 6 to 8 months.
- Keep a records of these two important metrics: response rate, and leads per contracts
- Mail your list every 30 days and repeat for 5 to 6 times..
- Get a good quality list
- Start with postcards and keep message simple and to the point
- Return all calls on time
- Follow up like a machine
