This week we dig a little bit deeper into the job description of the Shepherd.
Again it should be noted that management and leadership styles in different areas of life don't translate well to the leadership style of 'shepherd'. As this chapter begins to define the role more specifically, we start into the "DO'S & DON'T'S" of being a shepherd.
