Every day we are rewarded with a new opportunity to expand in some way. To allow us to become a better version of yourself. To feed our souls with the nourishments of life. This lesson is here to remind you that when we’re stagnant with our energy we can begin to festering within our minds and bodies. Our energy becomes rigid and closed off, our mind becomes bored and heavy, our bodies hurt and fold in. It’s not who we are. We’re designed for more. To dance outside the comfort zone. To catapult to our next level. To quantum leap. Through the practice in this lesson you will learn that you are destine for great things. Just as we all are and discover our deepest self, our purpose to why were here, or the beautiful love stories we are yet to discover.
