In this episode, Cathrine discusses a five-step process for emotionally processing and moving through difficult emotions. The steps include:
- paying attention to what is activated
- determining if the emotion is yours or a projection
- identifying where the emotion is felt in the body
- leaning into the emotion and allowing it to release
- and then coming back into realignment with a desired emotion.
She also emphasizes the importance of feeling to heal and the alchemical transformation that can occur through this process. She also discusses the impact of collective energy and the need for boundaries and self-care.
