Dream #1

2000, approx.
History watches as the battle prepares to take place. On one side the allied American and Mexican armies stand opposing them stands and unnamed enemy. Just as the battle begins, the Mexicans turn and open fire on their American allies.

In this dream the Mexican army appeared as soldiers of one solid color of green. This green is the color which adorned the Mexican national flag, and also adorns the shirts worn by fans of the Mexican national football team.

After losing their fictitious ally, the Americans receive a better ally in replacement. This new ally appears as soldiers also closed entirely in one color. With both armies the color saturate everything boots trousers blouse equipment rifles helmets and even skin are all one color. The second color is all yellow. In the dream I believe this to be Brazil.

A separate dream years later showed that Brazil would be one of a select few allies to the United States during the coming war. So I believe Brazil will be the ally who comes to the aid of the United States after a betrayal by Mexico.

Dream #2
1995, approx.
Somewhere in the American southwest, a Mexican soldier pops up from behind sparse dry brush. He opens fire. In the new perspective of the scene a group of Americans dressed in civilian clothing return fire.

The next scene shows a similar environment. American militia again defend US soil. But this time the enemy comprise Japanese uniformed regular army soldiers. Once again the enemy leaves the scene. This signifies an American victorious outcome.

The third scene repeats the first. Mexican soldiers exchange gunfire with American militia. This takes place in the chaparral, a wild place. Once again, the American defenders take the battlefield.

Dream #3
1994, approx.

I return from being away. The discussion which follows conveys that I have not been in the US during a war which took place in my absence. I visit the home of my grandmother. I meet there and uncle and my brother. First I see a glass barrel maybe 8 to 12 gallons in volume. It is made entirely of glass with ribs on it to strengthen the shape. The top is completely open.

“What is this?“ I ask.

“that,“ my uncle says, “is a Pepsi barrel.“ That is how they shipped Pepsi during the war.“ This shows that there will be logistics problems and material shortage issues during the war. Glass will be more abundant or cheaper than aluminum or other metals used to can soda.

Then I see in the distance to the left and behind my grandmothers home as I face it. Had a piece of land somewhat between Waterford and Oakdale California a large fortified position made of freshly cut trees unrefined strap together. It appears to be similar to a wild West frontier fortification.

“And what is that?“ I ask.

“That is where we imprisoned Mexicans during the war,“ my uncle says said.

Dream #4

January 28, 2023
A large battle is underway. On the far side of a blue water river the Mexican army is encamped. They are dug in and have machine gun nests and firing positions and protected positions in place. On the near side, the American army has a similar set up.

A small rise, almost a hill, overlooks this battlefield. Inside a large tent a group of officers scrutinize a map table and examine things written on a large chalkboard.

A general with white in his hair speaks to his men. “I tried multiple stratagems,” he said. “Nothing has worked. We cannot move the Mexican lines. I’ve decided to return to the main headquarters,“ everything about the way he speaks stands and ships his weight exposes fear.

He departs and leaves the junior officers in command.

“Who has an idea of how to proceed?“ A captain asks.

Two lieutenants step forward. “ We prayed last night,“ they say. “And we have a vision, a a plan for how to attack the enemy.“

The two lieutenants use the chalkboard and diagram and explain the attack plan they received in a vision. The two men seem to behave as one. They complement each other‘s ideas and finish each others statements. The other officers watch this explanation and begin nodding their heads in agreement early on in the explanation.

“This looks good,“ says the captain. “We attack.“

The US Army conducts the attack. At a low point along the river they manage a crossing and gain a toe hold on the far side. Reinforcements rapidly surge and cross the river. They break the Mexican ranks. A massive purchase of land is gained on the far side of the river.

Late the next morning, the general returns. “How have you done this?” He asks.

“We had a vision,” one of the lieutenants says. “We followed that plan and a miracle happened.”
