• I've been listening to all of your stations for the past two weeks - and I'm not kissing your asses - but all of you have exceptional rock stations. You should be proud, and let me tell you, I'm so happy to be able to say that and actually mean it. I know that all of you spend an unbelievable amount of time doing what you do - and if no one has told you lately - YOU ROCK and I appreciate and respect you. Also I can't thank you enough for running my little show. Please, by ALL means, feel free to send me your thoughts on the show, ways to make it better, etc.

• INTRO - Coming up, 3 Doors Down and Candlebox - 2 of my personal favorite bands are touring together, and it's blowing my mind. Kevin Martin from CB and Brad Arnold sit down and interview each other, and I'll play a clip from that, and of course we will rock some 3 Doors Down and some Candlebox. We'll do a double shot of one of the best rock singers and song writers of all time, whom, killed himself on May 18, 2017. I'll also do a double shot from a band from San Francisco that formed in 1991 - and when you find out who it is, it will make you feel EXTREMELY old. Three Days Grace talk about writing probably their biggest hit. We're loaded, so let's do this. Let's start it up with a band from my home town, DALLAS TX - The Toadies.

He was the first interview I ever did in radio and he was promoting that album. Best Summer of my life. UP to the Counting Crows. The Counting Crows formed in 1991 - the same year that Eddie Money song was released. Feel old yet? Mr. Jones was probably their biggest song.
