Coach Jake Plant, Head WSOC Coach of The University of the Incarnate Word Cardinals, joins us LIVE. We look back at Coach Plant's first season at UIW after five seasons at Eastern Illinois University and look ahead to their upcoming Spring Season. Coach Plant tells us why he chose UIW and his thoughts after one year in San Antonio. We discuss his focus on culture implementation and the programs timeline.
