Acharya Shree Yogeesh touches on dualism, caused by ignorance, to answer the question on how one can connect to their soul. By mentioning the word "connect" it insinuates that the soul is disconnected from us, even though we are alive because of soul. Acharya Shree encourages seekers to flow and be in the present -- when you flow, you are soul. Resistance, stress, tension, emotions, and the mind keep us from flowing. Acharya Shree encourages individuals to be confident, that they can overcome anything, and then no situation, challenge, etc. can make you lose your balance. With real confidence, one continues to flow in soul and in the present.
