Spiritual Warfare Prayer #5 "The Shield of Faith."

Dear God,

My faith reveals my reliance on you. It’s what I believe YOU say - in action.

My faith shows how much I trust your word, your truth.

I know I can only see and experience the benefits of my faith when I take action according with your word of truth.

Father God,

I know that you haven’t placed your promised within MY HANDS but within MY REACH. I know my responsibility is to take action UPON your promises.

God, I also know that Satan wants me DISTRACTED, unfocused, confused, exhausted with busyness, so that I don’t pursue what YOU called me to pursue.

God, I want to live out of the FAITH PLACE stepping into the deep waters trusting that YOU will come true.

God, I pray and ask. I believe and expect. I see your faithfulness and I receive your blessings by practicing my active faith.

God, I know from Hebrews 11:1 that faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we don’t see.

God, I am committed to the following 4 practices of active faith:

#1. I understand and wholeheartedly believe your promises, God

#2. I act in every aspect of life upon your promises

#3. I live my life like your every promise to me is true even when I don’t see it

#4. I seek sound direction, clarity, and confirmation in faith from you, God, in all aspects of life

God, I choose to live with unwavering confidence in your promises.

I walk forward in accordance with the truth revealed in your Word.

I push past my fear, my doubt, my insecurity, I take action in YOUR power, God.

I take action in faith. Daily.

Father God, I know your Spirit works in me by:

1. Convicting me (John 16:8)
2. Teaching me (1 John 2:27)
3. Guiding me (John 16:13)
4. Leading me (Matthew 4:1)

Father God, you have given me not the spirit of fear but power and love and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

So, God, my actions are not driven by my feelings. I act in accordance with your trustworthy promises. I trust you, God.

Thank you, God, for the blessing of the Armor that helps me face this Spiritual warfare:

1. The sword of the Spirit
2. The helmet of salvation
3. The shield of faith
4. The shoes of peace
5. The Breastplate of righteousness
6. The belt of truth
7. And Prayer

In the name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, I pray.
