In this week's episode we discuss the soft, insulated lives that most western men live today and the necessity of choosing adversity and persevering through challenges in order to harden and better ourselves. In the podcast we use the Tejas Trails Bandera 100K trail race that Tate will be doing in the upcoming weekend as a primary example of ways to take on difficult physical and mental challenges for the sake of gaining grit and toughening our bodies and minds.
