This week’s guest is City A.M Editor Christian May. City A.M is London’s most read daily business newspaper, with a readership of nearly 400,000 people every day. Christian introduces the aims and target audience of City A.M., and talks to the boys about his role. He explains his remarkable journey from a politically-focused career, to being approached for the editor position and his reasons for taking the job. Christian gives a fascinating insight into the challenges and excitement that come with producing a newspaper every day. This includes the process of selecting stories and how he prioritises what goes into the paper each day. The boys also chat to Christian about how is age has affected his career, the benefits of having a young workforce and debate approaching bias in the press.
