He was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts to secure the Land Mines Treaty, part of the Human Security agenda that he shepherded as Minister of Foreign Affairs. - Allan Rock is President Emeritus of the University of Ottawa, and a former Professor in its Faculty of Law. He previously served as a member of Parliament holding various cabinet positions including Justice and Attorney General, Health and Industry. Allan also served as our Ambassador to the UN. - CGAI Fellow Michael Manulak is assistant professor at NPSIA.
