In this episode, I talk about some observations from a men's retreat I attended. I discuss how common it is that men struggle with feelings of isolation and depression, and feeling like we don't measure up. I also discuss how Jesus is the only way in which we can measure up, and the importance of knowing him and changing our behavior to better reflect Christ's model for our lives. I also challenge you to reach out to other men to talk about your struggles and listen for how you can support other men in their struggles in order to defeat the feelings of isolation and loneliness so many men feel.
