Dr. Emily Hernandez, who is a Naturopathic Doctor and owner of Wildcraft Medicine in La Jolla, CA.
Her passion is in conscious preconception which involves supporting men and women in optimizing their health before conceiving, and creates a foundation for a healthy pregnancy and baby!
Besides fertility, Wildcraft Medicine focuses on gut health, hormone balancing, and chronic illness using principles that include treating the whole person, supporting the body's natural ability to heal and focusing on the root cause.
