It's a hotly debated topic, which country is most likely to return to the contest after years away, or might we see a new nation enter Eurovision in the coming years? With the help of Paul Jordan (Dr Eurovision) we examine the chances of more participants joining the list of competitors for Basel and beyond. The illuminating conversation also features a never heard before story about Turkey's almost return to the contest, and how a last minute change of heart saw them stay on the sidelines.
