In addition to her content creation work, Amy founded and oversees media industry networking and education org #GALSNGEAR, which works to bring equity to women in media and entertainment. The motto of the group is “Tequity” – that is technology + equity for women in the industry through access, training and visibility. The group operates a Tequity Hub for knowledge sharing and community, which also features “Tequity Tuesday” online seminars.
